On our tour of nucleos Casa De lago (house of the lake) was next.
They have a very strong connection to water as the name suggests & are very close to Puerto Della Luna (place of the moon)
This is one of a few different spirals they have for celebrating the solstices. There is a platform for musicians & dancers. No one is allowed into this space except at solstice.Another building with rooms for sleeping. The sight is stunning here. You can see the very straight line left behind when ice melted from the ice age. It compacted the land so much this shape was created! One of the residents shows us their standing stone.
The welcome tree for this nucleo that connects us to all the plants in the nucleo if you greet it by touching your forehead to it
Brian gets to know one of the dogs. I think he’s happier with the idea of one or two dogs per nucleo than one per house since production of their food alone is worse for the environment than owning a big 4×4 car! But I think cats & dogs do so much good bringing so much love they are necessary!Chel leading the way from our touring van 🙂 to take in the sights and see some Celtic tracesThere was apparently a Celtic standing stone removed from this hole. I think they said they have it somewhere but that could’ve been information lost in translation, which happened a lot here!!! There was a LOT to take in.The sight is stunning here. You can see the very straight line of the mountain, left behind when ice melted from the ice age. It compacted the land so much this shape was created! A nice place to meditate!
